Remembering our 2011 Weddings …
Every year, there are thousands of weddings across the world. We love the fact that we get a little piece of that pie, and every single one is special to us. Out of all of the weddings we got to participate in, no two were the same. Every couple was different, with different styles, different tastes, and an overall different look they wanted to achieve. We are so excited to write this blog post, as it brought back so many memories from all of our 2011 couples and weddings. Below are a few of our favorite details, memories, and moments from our 2011 weddings. If we put every single thing in here, we would never finish this blog, so we limited it to our absolute top favorites. 2012, you have a lot to live up to. To our 2011 couples, you will be missed and we wish you all years of happiness. To everyone reading this, enjoy!
First up – Brandon’s face when he saw Katie for the first look ….
The dresses for Kim and Jason’s wedding! The bridesmaids dresses and the wedding gown were gorgeous!
The groomsmen at Jean and Rob’s wedding were determined to have a great time!!
The way Richard and Mirela handled the weather on their vow renewal wedding day … they were such a great couple! This photo by Avant Images is one of our favorites!!
When we got to plan a wedding for Ayanna and Milton rather than a courthouse one due to an unforeseen deployment … and they got to have their first dance under the trees at Palafox Pier (thank you Irwin!!)
The mason jar placecards for Layla and Brian’s wedding at the Barkley House in Pensacola … loved this detail!
The high-fiving cake topper for Jessica and Blake’s wedding at the Museum of Commerce in Pensacola. It was a perfect match for this couple!
The centerpieces for Meredith and Eric’s wedding … who knew a little blue water could have such an overall effect?
The fact that Heather wore orange converse sneakers under her wedding dress … she was determined to let her personality shine through at her wedding!
The grooms cake for Cathy and Jackson’s wedding … who said it had to actually be a cake, anyways??
Giggling all night and getting to teach Kevin and Kim the Cupid Shuffle … everyone needs to know that one! By the end of the night, they were quite the dancers!
The pumpkins (yes, pumpkins!!) that were used for Liz and Garry’s wedding … they were quite the conversation piece!
We had so much fun planning with all of our 2011 couples. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to work with you, and you will all be remembered fondly for years to come. Have many years of happiness, and we hope you keep in touch!
